If you like an apartment reserve it with a deposit of (Php 20,000).

 This will guarantee that the apartment will be yours on the date you need it. This amount will be credited in full towards your security deposit once you move in.  This deposit, however, is not refundable if you change your mind before the date you are due to move in.

 

You can pay a reserve deposit in cash on the day of your inspection or if you live abroad you can send it via "Western Union".
